What is a Mattress Warranty
A mattress warranty, is a commitment to repair your mattress if there are any manufacturer issues within a set timeframe.

Warranties do not cover issues caused by regular use or accidents. If the mattress is not properly cared for, the warranty can be voided.
How to Properly Care for your Mattress
Turning your Mattress
Rotating your mattress regularly is important for maintaining comfort, support, and the lifespan of your mattress. This helps distribute wear and tear evenly, preventing sagging and indentations in specific areas.

Why Rotate Your Mattress?
Sleeping in the same spot every night can cause certain areas to wear out faster than others, leading to sagging or indentations. Rotating distributes wear evenly, preventing these issues.

Turning Sequence of your Mattress
For no-turn mattresses, it is recommended you rotate your mattress every 2 weeks for the first 6 months, then every 2 months after that.
For double-sided mattresses, flip and rotate your mattress every 2 weeks for the first 6 months, then every month after that.

Tips to Increase the Lifespan of your Mattress

Buying a high-quality mattress is a big investment, so you want to do everything you can to increase its lifespan. These tips will keep your mattress in top condition and improve your sleep quality and overall health.

-
Buy a mattress protector: Adding a mattress protector is the easiest way to protect your mattress from stains and discolouration. They can also provide an extra layer of comfort.
-
Clean stains immediately: Don’t ignore mattress stains – the quicker you act the easier they are to remove!
-
Rotate the mattress regularly: As a general rule, you should rotate or flip your mattress regularly to ensure equal wear and minimize sagging.
-
Use the correct base: Make sure you use the correct base for your mattress type to ensure your mattress is supported.
-
Vacuum your mattress: We recommend vacuuming your mattress once or twice a year to remove the buildup of dust, skin cells, and bacteria.
